Surviving Cancer Together – 4 to 5 p.m., Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center, 24800 S.E. Stark St. An ongoing support group for individuals and their families who are coping with a diagnosis, treatment and recovery from various cancers, to share information and support in a healing environment. Mental Illness Support Group for Family Members – 6 to 7:30 p.m., Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center, Administrative Building, Columbia Room, 23800 S.E. Stark St. A drop-in group for family members of people who have a mental illness to share their stories and find support. No registration needed. For information, call Lin at 503-492-1229. Guide Dogs for the Blind Graduation Ceremony – 1:30 p.m., Guide Dogs for the Blind, 32901 S.E. Kelso Road, Boring. Guide Dogs for the Blind will graduate a new class of people and dogs who have completed the in-residence training program. The general public is also invited to attend.
